Once you’re an approved subcontractor, we will include your company on our list of trades professionals for bidding. Because of our MBE certificate there are construction jobs that have certification mandates for participation requirements. Your company will be our subcontractor under our MBE certification.

We do not provide any local residential or remodeling installation services. We got our start as a remodeling contractor however, so we understand the challenges and day to day operations of doing kitchen, bathroom and interior home renovation projects. We only bid on large scale commercial projects and use subcontractors to complete the installation.

We understand that normally when you are doing a bid as a subcontractor, you’re making money on both the labor/installation and the materials. We are not looking to change this at all! When you get a bid request from us, consider the labor side and for the materials, please just purchase whatever you can from us. We will give you the price, tack on your margin and submit your bid. We hope to see you using our products on other jobs too but no strings attached or obligation!
