We love when contractors send us project photos with the products purchased from us! This bathroom was a complete transformation.
We started by making their life easier by working with their residential customer. The contractor sent them into our beautiful Grayslake showroom: Lotus Home Improvement. Here our local pros never have to worry us “taking their customers” because we don’t offer any local remodeling services at all!
We worked with is particular client every step of the way to pick out their finishes. They selected plumbing products from Design House, a stand alone tub & vanities from Legion Furniture, porcelain wood flooring from MSI Surfaces, shower wall tile from Daltile and more. All pricing estimates went to the contractor (which were the ProPerks discounted membership pricing).
It went from outdated 90’s to very transitional luxury.

We love when our commercial products in local businesses. This space really utilized the up and coming trends of bamboo flooring and recycled floor covering products by using Blue Forest.
Then adding in different textures of Virginia Tile— Shibusa transitions, and a geometric black and wood custom desk that you can see right when you walk in.
They also ordered Legend cabinets and MSI quartz countertops to finish the space.

Kitchens like this are great for understanding the right products for the right space. The White/Grey combo for cabinets was perfect in selecting our own Lotus Cabinetry — affordable and beautiful.
Then using Mannington luxury vinyl flooring in a medium brown was just the way to go!
Design House cabinet hardware, sink, garbage disposal, and faucet.
Backsplash is Emser tile and the gorgeous countertops complete the look from MSI. We really are a one-stop-shop for all interior remodeling project products!
